Good pizzas, staff always stressful, but still in a good mood. Prices still good.

Fast and good, just like a delivery service should be.

We took advantage of the pizza offer today. I have never experienced something like that!! Have ordered through Lieferando. It was said that the order would be there after 50 minutes. We waited over an hour and then decided to call PizzaFly. The employee answered the phone, annoyed. We gave him the details of the order and he said the supplier had been there for 20 minutes and waited there. So we hadn't received our order. The pick-up service was suggested to us as an offer. Then why do you order?

Can only say one thing that was the last time I will order something. You want to order something and you are simply put on hold because allegedly a call comes in that is probably more important to the young lady than the customer who pays.

Order arrived incomplete at first - half was missing. At this point we have already waited 1 hour. The driver drove away again and brought the second half of the order 30 minutes later. Pizza cold. No compensation received despite a tip already paid. Very annoying. We no longer order here.

The ordered pizzas arrived after 1.5 hours and, how could it be otherwise, were just lukewarm, and the dough was anything but tasty. Sorry, that was nothing!

Just gross. Raw pizza, not properly baked. If I wanted mozzarella on my pizza, I got a cheese that smelled a lot and none of the pizzas didn't taste good.

Pizza came after over an hour, although it was said to be there in half an hour and a quarter. Unfortunately it was half raw. Called and complained. Second pizza came a little faster, unfortunately, but again half raw and the extra ingredients were missing. It is a shame because they tasted good.

Ordered via Lieferando, arrived after almost 2 hours, pizza was cold, dough and cheese now firm. The driver apologized for the delay, unfortunately I put more emphasis on the fresh pizza

Waited two hours for the order. Called after 1h: "Driver is on the move" called after 1.30h Order and address checked again: "Driver is on the move". After 2! Hours called again: "Order supposedly never received" ... Yes, we probably imagined everything. Thanks for nothing ... Of course never again. Incomprehensible.

The best thing about the pizza was the salad! The pizza was very dry and even had a hair! Not recommendable!

We got two pizzas that were not in the oven long enough and the heartless salad was definitely done with finished dressing. In the past the pizza was definitely not good anymore.

That was pizzas again ... The first few years just great and now after several bankruptcies just not enjoyable .. not long enough in the oven, totally dry, like rubber hardly any sauce hardly any topping ... ordered extra thin, extremely thick N

In a nutshell: - Pizza permeated with fat -Dough raw - Lack of competence to accept criticism! -on the phone call you are portrayed as ridiculous and yelled at by the cook! It is clear to everyone that a pizza with so many tomatoes cannot be crispy but if the unoccupied edge has no color and the dough is still completely raw, then a lack of competence is very important!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!! They suck, ordered a pizza, after waiting for 2 1/2 hours gave up. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I have no idea how this place is still in business.
